I came on a Saturday for an emissions test and they were friendly and did it super quick. I was prepared to wait a long time since it was the weekend, so that was a pleasant surprise. Then, Brandon offered to add air to my tires since he noticed my light was on. He also gave me some advice on where I could go to replace my missing hubcap and where he thought would be cheapest. Excellent customer service.

They do a great job! Their "Deluxe" car wash is 16.95 but they will leave your car spotless. They really pay attention to details and will clean most places you can't even see, plus the staff is very friendly too. I've tried many car washes in town and I can tell with confidence this is the best one. I highly recommend it.

I've been going here for years. Great service, reasonable prices. I've gotten full service car washes, had my dad's car waxed, engine cleaned, used the self-service wash, and always get my two vehicle's state inspection. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. I've never had problems here in more than 8 years. Will continue coming back.

This is great car wash! I had some issues with some of the coin machines, but I sent them a message about it and they were really helpful with it and nice about it! 100% recommend it.

Car looks fantastic! The machine broke down for a few minutes but the attendant guy inside hopped out, fixed the machine and quickly got us our wash. Pretty thorough clean at a good price

The automatic touch less system was easy & simple to use. It's also open 24 hrs which is a plus! The only downside is this is just another hardwater car wash station, 1 of thousands in el paso. Who will be the 1st carwash to specialize in soft water car washes? Wiping down water droplets under the hot sun can get unbearable but this location has car ports to protect you from the heat. I am definitely coming back to this hidden gem.

I have been coming to Magic Touch for almost a year now and I always leave completely satisfied w my vehicle. Kevin and the guys work really hard and my truck is always spotless when they finish detailing. I highly recommend the platinum membership! Great value!

Awesome Automatic Car Wash for time, quality and price paid! The only cons are vacuums aren't free, and the automatic dryer does not dry everything completely, but if you're looking for a touchless car wash that doesn't hurt your paint and washes well with no stains, I highly recommend this place! Bring some MicroFiber towels with you after the wash to dry everything
